The Cults Hotel Aberdeen is situated on the main route to Royal Deeside in the rural setting of the Cults Village just three miles from the City Centre.

Our experienced Banqueting staff will be delighted to advise and assist in all aspects of your function. Realising that it is the little things that count, no detail is too small for us to deal with.

We have two Function Suites to choose from:-

• The Deeside Suite seating up to 30 guests
• The Denburn Suite seating up to 95 guests

Both rooms are popular venues for Breakfast, Conferences, Product Launches, Dinner Dances and Wedding Receptions.

You may well have your own favourites and you should only take the menus as suggestions.

We have a delegate rate of £30.00 per person this includes

This rate is dependent upon there being 15+ delegates attending in the
Denburn Suite and 10+ in the Deeside Suite. Less than this a room hire charge will be incurred.

Any equipment required to be hired out with the Hotel will be charged at the cost price charged by the supplier with an additional charge of 10%.

Booking Conditions

A provisional booking will be held without obligation for 14 days. To confirm your booking please do so in writing along with a deposit of £100.00. This deposit is non-refundable.

The week before your function we will require final numbers – this is the amount chargeable. Full payment will be required within 7 days after the event.

Menus may be subject to price alteration when circumstances outwith our control forces this.

We do not allow refreshments to be supplied by any party other than the Hotel.

The Management and staff at the Cults Hotel Aberdeen would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your enquiry regarding your function and be assured of our best attention and every courtesy at all times.

In the case of wedding bookings, we require full contracted payment 10 days prior to the event. Additional charges incurred on the day will be invoiced and must be settled within 14 days of receipt of account.

Any guests cancelling accommodation must give the hotel 24 hours written confirmation of this, either by email or fax.
