18. CABERNET SAUVIGNON, Vin de Pays D’Oc Skalli (France) (C) £15.95
Mauve in colour. Blackcurrant and bilberry notes fill the nose as powerful aromas of dark berries, pepper and coriander give ample, well-structured flavour to this dense fruity wine.

19. SHIRAZ/CABERNET, Katherine Hills, 2002 (Australian) (C) £15.95
Spicy, berry flavours with a touch of mint, dominate this wine. The warm, ripe, savoury fruit results in a soft, rounded palate showing great length.

20. OOMOO SHIRAZ, McLaren Vale ( Australia) (D) £20.95
Premium quality Shiraz grapes selected from vineyards in South Australia’s McLaren Vale are used to make this rich, intense wine. Aged for 18 months in French and American oak barriques. A solid, flavoursome wine with lots rich, juicy fruit and smooth, savoury tannins.
