Booking Conditions

A provisional booking will be held without obligation for 14 days. To confirm your booking please do so in writing along with a deposit of £100.00.  This deposit is non-refundable.

7 Days prior to your event we will require final numbers - this is the amount chargeable.

Full payment will be required within 7 days after the event.

Menus may be subject to price alteration if circumstances out with our control dictate this. We do not allow refreshment to be supplied by any party other than the hotel.

Any equipment required to be hired out with the hotel will be charged at the cost price charged by the supplier with an additional charge of 10%.
